To ensure your artwork arrives safely, please review my shipping guidelines below:

Fulfillment & Timeline

• Handling Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for me to securely package your artwork in the studio.

• Standard Shipping: Deliveries typically take between 3–7 business days.

• Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, transit times may extend to 5–10 business days.

Please note: While I wish I could control the mail, actual shipping times are ultimately up to the carrier. If a package is running late, I sincerely apologize for the delay!

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact me via my Contact Page within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

• For original paintings, I will initiate an insurance claim and issue a full refund or studio credit.

• For prints, a replacement piece will be shipped out to you at no additional cost.

Damaged Shipments

I take immense care in packing your art, but accidents do happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery by replying directly to your order confirmation email.

• Attach a clear photograph of both the damaged artwork and the packaging.

• Once verified, we will work together to find the best solution, whether that is a full refund or studio credit toward another piece.

Note: Damage claims made after the 48-hour delivery window cannot be accepted, as insurance claims with carriers are time-sensitive.

Taxes & Duties

US Collectors: Sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipping to Florida addresses.

International Collectors: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs charges or duties levied by your country upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of original fine art, all sales are final. I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
