Trinity Barnett is a contemporary wildlife artist who paints the animals that touch her heart, working primarily with oil over acrylic layers. She uses expressive mark making and replaces realistic landscapes with atmospheric backgrounds to allow the focus to remain on the subject.

Her connection to wildlife began on the beaches of South Florida, where her grandfather, a marine life painter, instilled in her a deep respect for nature. That early foundation developed into a lifelong devotion to animals. For over a decade, she worked in wildlife conservation, serving as an animal ambassador, wildlife educator, and aviculturist.

When life led her away from the zoo world, she brought that dedication into the school system, spending five years as a classroom teacher before transitioning into her role as an art educator. The creativity of her students inspired her to take her own artwork more seriously.

Trinity now balances her time in Pensacola, Florida between teaching elementary art, spending time with family, and creating new artwork. Today, her art is held in private collections across the country.

Her mission is to use the lessons of her grandfather, the knowledge from her career in conservation, and the inspiration of her students to create artwork that reminds us that we are all citizens of the Earth.
